Application: Used to convey wet cement to gun nozzle in construction work, facing dams, funnels, etc.

Construction: Abrasion-resistant, rubber tube Reinforced with fabric plies Static wire spiraled through carcass. Extending at hose ends for grounding Friction-impregnated outside surface. Should be rotated in use for maximum service life.

CONCRETE PLACEMENT LONG REACH PUMPS BOOM HOSE

Application: Special concrete pump boom hose is used as a flexible joint where the boom articulates or swivels, and the cradle or basket position at the outboard end of the boom. Helical wire reinforcement prevents loss of cross section in fight bends. The wire helix also withstands collapse from suction (created by long drop pours and/or the reversal of the pump).

For satisfactory hose service life. do not bend.

Construction: Tube: High abrasion resistant black rubber Reinforcement: 4" Poly XHT braids and solid helical wire, multiple plies of unidirectional high tensile cord and helical wire. Cover: Black abrasion resistant rubber with blue featured stripe. 5" and 6" hose.

DREDGING SAND DISCHARGE HOSE

Application: Rugged hose for transporting and unloading sand, concrete, and dry cement, in dredging operations, sand and gravel pits and at cement plants.

Construction: Heavy gauge. abrasion-resistant pure gum tube. Reinforced with plies of synthetic duck. Abrasion and weather-resistant neoprene cover. Built-in nipples or molded ends.

I.D. (in.): 4-1/2 to 10-3/4.

ELEPHANT TRUNK CEMENT DISCHARGE HOSE

Application: Light-weight hose used as a chute to unload dry cement, grain, etc. storage bins or in placing mixed concrete. For open-end discharge only.

Construction: Heavy gauge abrasion resistant tube, reinforced with synthetic fabric plies. Friction-impregnated outside surface.

I.D. (in.): 6 to 20.

DREDGING SLEEVES

Application: Flexible connector between sections of pipe in dredging operations.

Construction: Abrasion-resistant tube ", 3/8" or 1/2" Ga. reinforced with multiple plies of special polyester fabric. Abrasion-resistant cover.

I.D. (in.): 6-5/8 to 18.

GROUT & PLASTER HOSE

Application: High-pressure, lightweight, flexible hose used on plastering machine, conducting wet mixture to spraying nozzle.

Construction: Abrasion-resistant rubber tube Reinforced with braided polyester cord. Black rubber cover should be rotated in use for longer service life.

SAND SUCTION HOSE

Application: Heavy-duty suction hose specially designed to withstand the severest service in dredging operations and in sand and gravel pits.

Construction: Heavy-gauge abrasion-resistant, gum rubber tube. Reinforced with multiple plies of strong polyester fabric and a helix of spring-steel wire Tough abrasion resistant black rubber cover Built-in nipples.

TWIST-FLEX MATERIAL HANDLING HOSE

Application: All-purpose hose, light weight and flexible, for conveying a wide variety of maternal; sand, cutlet, coal fines, grain. Etc. under vacuum or open-end discharge from boxcars, storage bins, etc.

Construction: Heavy gauge abrasion-resistant black rubber tube. (Neoprene and pure gum tubes available.) Reinforced with nylon fabric and spring-steel helix. Corrugated neoprene cover.
