SUPER HEAT STEAM HOSE

Application: Super Heat Steam hose recommended for 250 lbs. working pressure and super heated steam up to 450∞F.

Construction: Heat resistant tube, compounded for extra-long service. Reinforced with high-tensile steel wire braids. Heat-resistant cover securely bonded to carcass.

I.D. (in.): 3/8 to 3.

SEWER CLEANING HOSE

TUBE: Thermoplastic. REINFORCEMENT: Polyester fiber. COVER: Urethane. TEMPERATURE RANGE: -40∞F. to200∞F.

Continuous lengths up to 600 ft.

OXYGEN CHARGING HOSE

Application: Used to convey pure oxygen to lance during oxygen charging process in steel mills.

Construction: Smooth neoprene tube, free from graphite or oil. Spiraled cord fabric plies for dimensional stability. Neoprene cover. Capped ends. All hose proof-tested before shipment.

I.D. (in.): 1, 1-1/4, 1-1/2, 2.

PAINT FLUID HOSE

Application: Light weight, flexible hose used for fluid line on all types of paint and lacquer spraying equipment.

Construction: Thiokol tube, resistant to discoloring. Braided cord reinforcement. Abrasion resistant smooth black cover.

I.D. (in.): 3/8, 1/2.

FURNACE DOOR HOSE

Application: Flexible hose, used in short lengths to convey cold water to open-hearth furnace doors.

Construction: Heat resistant tube. Reinforced with one ply of braided steel wire. Protected on the outside by two layers of braided asbestos yarn, with one ply of open-mesh stainless steel wire braid overall.

WELDING HOSE

Application: Single-line hose for oxygen-acetylene service. Meets RMA.IAA spec., tyep S, grade R.

Construction: Rubber type, compounded for oxygen and acetylene service. Vertical-braided rayon cord reinforcernent. Corrugated cover: red for acetylene, green for oxygen.

I.D. (in.): 3/16, 1/4, 5/16, 3/8.

PAINT SPRAY HOSE

Application: For use with airless hot paint spray and other types of paint spray equipment The nylon braid allows hose to expand and act as an accumulator to smooth out pump pulsation's.

Construction: TUBE- Nylon REINFORCEMENT: Nylon braid with copper static ground wire. COVER: Special Urethane for use with paint spray equipment.

I.D. (in.): 1/8, 3/8.

HORTICULTURAL SPRAY HOSE

Application: Lightweight, flexible hose for conveying oil-base spray solutions under high-pressure in orchards, truck gardens, etc.

Construction: Nitrile tube specially compounded for resistance to widest possible range of chemicals used in this service. Carass reinforced with tightly braided rayon cord. Oil, abrasion, and weather resistant black cover. Max W.P. 800 psi.
